Level II Nursery Coordinator Registered Nurse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at St. Clair Hospital

Summary

In accordance with established standards, coordinates, directs, and provides care to a specific group of patients; independently makes decisions related to those patients; collaborates with physicians and other health team members to achieve desired patient outcomes. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, while taking into consideration patients’ age and developmental stage.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. Two to three years of recent neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) experience.
3. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor certification or attainment within six months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in a related healthcare field.
