This role is part of a fast-paced, enterprise-level analytics environment where data is both highly sensitive and strategically critical.
You will be responsible for transforming complex and large-scale datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly support business decision-making.
The position requires someone comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments where analytical direction is not always predefined.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders across international teams.
A strong focus is placed on data governance, privacy, and handling confidential information with precision and discretion.
This is a hands-on role where you will build advanced dashboards, perform deep analytical investigations, and communicate findings to leadership.
Your work will directly influence workforce analytics, reporting strategies, and enterprise decision intelligence.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and enterprise-grade reporting systems that clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Perform complex data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL to explore patterns, clean datasets, and execute deep analytical investigations.
- Query and manipulate large datasets in cloud environments such as Snowflake or Google BigQuery, ensuring accuracy and performance in data retrieval.
- Translate raw and complex data into meaningful insights, delivering clear presentations and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Apply strict data governance and privacy standards when handling sensitive datasets, including HR, compensation, and PII-related information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, adapting to evolving requirements and shifting analytical priorities.
- Support business decision-making by developing scalable, insightful analytics solutions that address key operational challenges.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with strong exposure to complex, independent analytical projects and enterprise reporting environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy) and strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Extensive experience building dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau at an enterprise level.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Google BigQuery, preferably in AWS-hosted environments.
- Solid understanding of statistical fundamentals and their application in real-world data analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments and deliver results without predefined analytical frameworks.
- Familiarity with HR data, workforce analytics, or sensitive datasets (e.g., payroll, compensation, PII) is highly valued.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts, including APIs and data pipeline workflows, is a plus.
