1Vision is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Operations Lead to serve as the primary Business Central and PrintVis expert at our Jackson production facility. This highly visible leadership role combines ERP ownership, operational improvement, employee development, and manufacturing process optimization to ensure our teams fully leverage technology to drive performance.
As the Business Central Operations Lead, you will work closely with plant leadership, project managers, warehouse personnel, and production teams to improve ERP adoption, enhance scheduling accuracy, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable operational improvements. You will play a key role in aligning shop-floor execution with system processes, helping ensure data accuracy, production visibility, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What You’ll DoERP & Manufacturing Systems Leadership
· Serve as the primary Business Central and PrintVis subject matter expert for the Jackson facility
· Champion effective ERP adoption and standardized business processes throughout the plant
· Partner with leadership teams to improve operational visibility and system utilization
· Monitor system performance, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements
· Support the ongoing development and optimization of Business Central workflows, routings, work centers, and operational processes
· Collaborate with corporate ERP leadership to align system functionality with business needs
· Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and process ownership within Business Central workflows to ensure accountability across departments.
· Establish operational expectations and monitor compliance with ERP procedures, production transactions, and system usage standards.
· Hold users and departments accountable for accurate, timely, and complete execution of Business Central processes while providing coaching and support to drive improvement.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence· Evaluate production workflows from intake through shipping and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
· Lead operational audits and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, ERP utilization, and production performance
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scheduling, inventory accuracy, reporting, and production execution
· Ensure Business Central and PrintVis data accurately reflect real-world production activities
· Champion best practices in manufacturing and print operations, process standardization, and change management
· Support accurate production scheduling by maintaining quality system data and process discipline
· Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key operational, production, inventory, and ERP-related processes.
· Partner with department leaders to standardize workflows, clarify responsibilities, and eliminate process ambiguity.
· Identify process deviations, root causes, and recurring operational issues, then work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improve accountability.
· Ensure operational processes are consistently followed and aligned with company standards, system requirements, and business objectives.
Training & Team Development· Lead onboarding and training programs for Business Central and PrintVis users across project management, warehouse, and production teams
· Develop training materials, job aids, quick-reference guides, and standard operating procedures
· Conduct recurring coaching sessions and skills development workshops
· Evaluate employee proficiency and maintain training and competency records
· Drive user adoption through hands-on support, coaching, and continuous education
· Partner with managers to identify development opportunities and improve operational performance
Data Quality & Reporting· Monitor operational metrics, system transactions, and reporting accuracy
· Perform routine audits of production postings, inventory transactions, scheduling data, and workflow completion
· Develop and distribute operational scorecards and performance reporting
· Support month-end readiness by ensuring accurate and timely production reporting
· Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement using operational data and analytics
Leadership & Collaboration· Work closely with plant leadership to improve operational performance and employee engagement
· Support hiring, onboarding, and development of entry-level operational team members
· Collaborate with teams across Jackson, Houston, and Denver locations to drive process consistency and best practices
· Act as a trusted resource for operational problem-solving and system-related support
· Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across production, project management, warehouse, and administrative teams.
· Work with supervisors and managers to establish performance expectations related to ERP compliance, process execution, and data accuracy.
· Provide coaching and constructive feedback to support employee development while reinforcing adherence to operational standards and procedures.
Requirements: Required Qualifications· 3+ years of experience in manufacturing (commercial print a PLUS), production operations, ERP administration, process improvement, or related operational leadership roles
· Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
· Strong understanding of production workflows, inventory transactions, scheduling processes, and operational reporting
· Experience training and supporting end users in operational or manufacturing settings
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to lead change, influence adoption, and build accountability through coaching and development
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
· Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and spend significant time on the production floor
