We’re searching for an Insurance Verification Specialist who’s ready to hit the ground running and be the superhero our patients need.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: At least 2 years of insurance verification experience—your expertise will shine here!
• Customer Service Skills: You’ll connect with patients, insurance companies, and providers with clarity and professionalism.
• Tech Know-How: Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (EMR) and Availity is preferred.
• Problem-Solving: You can navigate the complex world of insurance with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

• Verify insurance benefits quickly and accurately.
• Communicate directly with insurance companies and patients over the phone.
• Request referrals from Primary Care Providers (PCPs).
• Submit and follow up on prior authorization requests.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure all insurance details are squared away.
• Help patients understand their coverage and guide them through the process.

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $19-$21/hour
