Lifeguard and assist with the operation of the Villanova Pavilion Pool for special events and during Recreational Swim Hours.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scanning the pool
• Taking chemical readings
• Enforcing facility and University policies and procedures
• Opening the facility before scheduled events
• Acting as an on-site liaison for any needs our patrons or renters may have
• Closing and securing the facility at the conclusion of events

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have current Lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:

• Must be a strong enough swimmer to save an individual if needed.
• May be asked to carry or move objects of less than 50 lbs.
