This role is ideal for a hands-on AI developer eager to work on strategic, global projects involving intelligent corporate agents. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced AI solutions using Python and CrewAI, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across enterprise environments. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to architecture, deployment, orchestration, and troubleshooting of multi-agent workflows. You will also implement prompt engineering strategies, integrate agents with enterprise systems, and ensure observability and performance in production. This is a challenging and impactful role, providing exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies while fostering collaboration in a global environment.

As a Senior Python AI Developer, you will:

• Develop, evolve, and maintain AI agents using Python and CrewAI/CrewAI Enterprise.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows for corporate process automation.
• Deploy and manage AI agents in CrewAI Enterprise environments.
• Integrate custom tools with REST APIs, databases, and messaging systems (Service Bus).
• Implement advanced strategies in Prompt Engineering, agent memory management, RAG, and agent collaboration.
• Ensure integration between AI agents and enterprise systems.
• Apply asynchronous programming using async/await where necessary.
• Conduct troubleshooting, observability, and optimization of agents in production.
• Develop automated tests to ensure solution quality and stability.
• Use Git with best practices (GitFlow) and collaborate in Azure DevOps environments.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate effectively with global teams in English.

Candidates should have strong experience in AI development and Python programming:

• Proven experience developing AI agents using CrewAI or CrewAI Enterprise.
• Strong proficiency in Python and asynchronous programming (async/await).
• Solid experience in Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and agent memory management (short- and long-term).
• Experience with REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with automated testing in Python.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative, global environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
