This role is part of a collaborative Agile engineering environment where quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and Scrum teams to ensure applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. The position combines hands-on manual and automated testing, contributing directly to the reliability and performance of production systems. You will be involved from requirement analysis through to release readiness, helping shape testing strategies and improve overall product quality. • Analyze user requirements and system architecture to define comprehensive testing needs across functional and non-functional areas.
• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring full coverage of application features and workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites while contributing to the evolution of testing strategies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, including developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, to ensure quality is embedded in every development stage.
• Identify, document, and track defects clearly, providing detailed reproduction steps and technical insights to support resolution.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, reporting testing progress, risks, and potential delays to the team.
• Support release readiness assessments by evaluating product quality and validating system stability before deployment.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience with manual and automated testing, including test case design and execution.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and exposure to Python or C# .NET.
• Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar technologies.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., UFT, CodedUI, or equivalent frameworks) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience using defect tracking systems and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
