This is a high-impact strategic operations role focused on shaping the performance, predictability, and scalability of global renewals within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable strategies that improve retention, reduce churn, and optimize ARR outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and customer success, requiring both deep technical fluency and strong business acumen. You will design forecasting models, build executive-level dashboards, and help define the processes that guide global renewal execution. With a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, you will enable proactive rather than reactive renewal management. This is a highly visible role where your insights directly influence revenue strategy and customer retention at scale.
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to Renewals leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making and operational execution.
- Design, build, and maintain forecasting models for renewals performance, including ARR retention, GRR, churn, and contraction metrics.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline health and renewal outcomes.
- Lead annual and quarterly target-setting processes aligned with company-wide revenue and retention goals.
- Optimize renewal workflows within CRM systems such as Salesforce, improving consistency and operational efficiency.
- Leverage advanced analytics, AI tools, and automation to identify at-risk accounts and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment on renewal strategy and execution.
- 7–10+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or Analytics roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in renewals lifecycle metrics, including ARR, GRR, NRR, churn, and contraction analysis.
- Proven experience building forecasting models and executive-level reporting dashboards.
- High proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and renewal pipeline management processes.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with forecasting platforms such as Clari or Gong is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights for executive stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with both strategic vision and operational discipline.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics tools is a strong plus.
- Competitive base salary range: $178,000 – $266,000 annually (plus potential bonus and incentives)
