All Weather Contractors (located on the Westside, at Normandy Blvd and 295) has an immediate opening for an HVAC/ Plumbing Warehouse Coordinator. This position will support the business function of the HVAC/Plumbing division as it relates to the Warehouse, inventory, supply/vendor material ordering, field personnel, and customers' needs. Heavy emphasis on ordering, accounting, billing/reconciliation, vendor accounts, computer proficiency, and managing daily warehouse operations. Also familiar with loading/unloading large equipment and supplies; general knowledge of the HVAC/Plumbing trades, parts, and materials is a plus.
Duties include:
• Minimum 2 years Warehouse experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Priority will be given to applicants who have prior HVAC/Plumbing warehouse
experience.
• Daily work in computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook e-mail and vendor
systems to manage the workload for inventory & materials ordering.
• Will print daily work orders for field personnel and gather parts, materials, and
supplies together, and stage equipment to be picked up by specific field
employees going to customer job sites.
• Use of a forklift to load and unload materials and supplies into the warehouse
and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins.
• Help to maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment in the warehouse
• Assist with inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory
system

Qualifications needed to perform job duties:

• Team player with a can-do attitude with the ability to get along with all levels of
people in the division and within the company.
• Computer skills are necessary, and you should be able to successfully complete
training on our in-house inventory computer system.
• Ability to write correspondence letters with proper spelling, grammar, and.
formatting.
• Represent the company and the HVAC/Plumbing division in a professional
manner.
• Must be trained or complete Forklift certification.
• Organized person, dependable, work in faced paced environment and can read,
understand, and carry out instructions.
• Ability to organize paperwork as needed.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to complete a drug test.
• Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies, an MVR and a drug
test.

Physical Requirements:
The job requires you to be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat, push, pull, lift above the head, and lift 50lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools, and boxes. Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces.
