Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on closing leases, building relationships, and keeping a community running smoothly? We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing / Assistant Manager to join our team at The Brentwood in Nashville, TN, and play a key role in driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Tour prospective residents and showcase the community's features, amenities, and lifestyle.
- Convert leads into leases and help maintain high occupancy levels.
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
- Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, payment plans, and resident notices.
- Ensure resident accounts, files, reports, and ledgers are accurate and up to date in Yardi.
- Process rent payments and deposits accurately and timely.
- Support marketing efforts, outreach activities, and resident retention programs.
- Assist with monthly reporting, audits, and administrative processes.
- Help oversee day-to-day community operations and step in when the Community Manager is absent.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred
- Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service
- Strong resident relations and collections experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
