ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Coordinator provides sales, marketing, and project management support that improves consistency, increases efficiency, and ensures Mission Advancement's business development initiatives are executed effectively. This role helps support business development strategy, expand thought leadership efforts, support BDOS implementation, and achieve the organization's long-term growth goals.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development Support (60% of Time)

  • Manage business development campaigns and follow-up activities
  • Coordinate assignment selling communications
  • Support conference planning, preparation, and follow-up
  • Manage business development calendars and deadlines
  • Coordinate prospect nurturing activities
  • Build, execute, and maintain sales and nurture funnels
  • Support implementation of Business Development Operating System (BDOS) initiatives
  • Create new business proposals and contracts

Marketing Execution (30% of Time)

  • Execute marketing newsletter (Mission Forward) and other email campaigns
  • Execute social media distribution
  • Manage podcast preparation, promotion, and distribution
  • Maintain Learning Hub content (articles/posts)
  • Brand ownership and quality control

Special Projects (10% of Time)

  • Assist with AI/technology implementation, firmwide
  • Support process improvement projects
  • Participate in future business development initiatives
