  • Cross‑Functional Communication — Maintain strong communication channels between FOH and BOH, supporting accuracy, efficiency, and service precision.
  • Training & Onboarding — Lead onboarding and ongoing training initiatives, ensuring team members are equipped to deliver elevated, detail‑driven hospitality.
  • Compliance & Safety — Ensure adherence to licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies, maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
  • Service Readiness — Oversee pre‑service preparation, ensuring the dining room, host stand, and service stations are impeccably organized and ready for peak performance.
  • Scheduling & Deployment — Support leadership with scheduling, staff deployment, and labor planning to meet business needs and service demands.
  • Business Support — Assist with administrative responsibilities including reporting, inventory oversight, and operational planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
