Since 1980, Battery Outfitters has been the friendly neighborhood battery experts. We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our Joplin location, with occasional flexibility to support delivery routes when the team needs backup.

No experience? No problem. We'll train the right person who's ready to learn and grow — many of our current leaders started in this exact seat.

What You'll Do

Greet and help customers find the right battery solutions
Test and install batteries — cars, watches, and more
Process sales, handle returns, and answer calls
Keep the store clean and well-stocked
Support delivery routes across OK, KS, and AR when needed

What You'll Need

A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people
Dependability and attention to detail
Comfort with basic tools — or willingness to learn
Valid Class E license and MED card (we'll help you get it)
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
