Titanium Ford, proudly part of the Steve Marshall Group, is looking for an experienced and motivated Lease Renewal Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an automotive sales professional who is passionate about customer relationships, has a strong track record of success, and understands the importance of proactive follow-up. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our existing customers navigate their lease-end options while identifying opportunities to renew, upgrade, purchase, or lease their next vehicle.

Job Summary

The Lease Renewal Manager is responsible for managing and growing the dealership’s lease renewal business by proactively engaging customers approaching the end of their lease term. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying renewal and upgrade opportunities, and guiding customers through their available options while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact customers approaching lease maturity to discuss renewal and vehicle options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing lease customers.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to renew, upgrade, purchase, or lease another vehicle.
  • Follow up consistently with customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Review customer lease details and provide clear information regarding available options.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Service departments to ensure a smooth renewal process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up activities, and lease maturity information in the dealership’s CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual lease renewal targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming lease maturities.
  • Provide a high level of customer service throughout the renewal process.
  • Stay knowledgeable about current vehicle models, incentives, programs, and lease options.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding lease-end procedures and next steps.
  • Participate in dealership sales initiatives, events, and promotions as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience with a proven track record of success is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
