Position Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Manage multiple commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout
  2. Coordinate directly with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects moving safely and efficiently
  3. Oversee project schedules, production tracking, and cost control
  4. Drive quality control and ensure work is executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and project requirements
  5. Support estimating, budgeting, procurement, and contract changes
  6. Build and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors, suppliers, field teams, and project personnel
  7. Help identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain schedule and productivity
  8. Support commercial concrete projects including structural cast-in-place podiums and multi-phase data center construction
  9. Maintain an active presence both in the office and in the field to support operations, coordination, and client relationships
  10. Travel to project sites as needed to support field operations, coordination, and project execution


Position Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  1. 5–7 years of experience managing commercial concrete construction projects
  2. Experience with structural cast-in-place concrete construction required
  3. Data center construction experience strongly preferred
  4. Strong understanding of foundations, slabs, elevated decks, podium structures, and structural concrete operations
  5. Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously ($5M–$10M+ preferred)
  6. Ability to lead and communicate effectively with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  7. Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
  8. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and contract changes
  9. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance office management and field involvement
  10. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
  11. Concrete construction experience is required
  12. Willingness to travel periodically based on project location and operational needs
