What You Will Do:

The Customer Service Co-op Student will provide front-line support by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting customers with general inquiries. This role involves routine administrative and customer service tasks. The position offers hands-on experience in professional communication, organization, and customer service within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• This position covers responsibilities related to cashier, reception, and all clerical duties within the Customer Services department.

• Processing residential customer moves in and out of our service territory.

• Perform clerical duties by issuing letters to customers through the CIS for various reasons.

• Responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, completing outbound calls, and directing visitors and customers in a courteous manner.

• Providing collection of accounts support including outbound collection related calls and emails.

• Provides support to Customer Service Team as required.
• Providing support to the Collections Team through email and outgoing phone calls.

What You Will Bring

• Enrollment in a College/University program in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field

• Eligible for a co-op or internship term through your institution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Organizational skills.

• Works well independently and in a team setting.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Customer service experience preferred
