This role is a field-focused sales position dedicated to promoting and selling medical technology solutions within a defined geographic area or set of healthcare accounts. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders while driving product adoption and supporting commercial growth. The position combines proactive sales prospecting, customer engagement, and market analysis to identify opportunities and expand business reach. You will also play a key role in educating customers on product value, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings. This is a performance-driven role where success is measured by sales targets, customer satisfaction, and market penetration. Accountabilities

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing customer relationships, and supporting the growth of medical product adoption across assigned territories.

  • Promote and sell medical products and services within assigned territories or customer accounts
  • Develop, build, and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting leads and assessing customer needs
  • Deliver product education and demonstrations to support adoption and usage
  • Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
  • Implement sales and market development strategies to achieve assigned targets
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams such as R&D, Marketing, and Operations
  • Manage sales pipelines, track performance, and ensure achievement of revenue objectives
  • Support account expansion and maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients
Requirements

This role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and experience in healthcare or medical device sales environments.

  • High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in sales, clinical environments, medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences preferred
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently within an assigned territory and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to understand and address client needs
  • Basic market analysis and competitor awareness skills
  • Ability to follow structured sales processes and achieve performance targets
  • Comfortable working in a results-driven, field-based commercial environment
