This role serves as the operational and analytical backbone of a fast-growing field services organization, enabling sales teams to perform at a higher level through streamlined processes, actionable insights, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in transforming complex sales workflows into clear, efficient, and scalable systems that improve productivity and predictability across the revenue funnel. The position focuses heavily on sales analytics, CRM governance, and funnel optimization, ensuring leadership has accurate visibility into performance drivers. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR to align incentives, improve lead quality, and enhance overall revenue operations. This is a high-impact role where analytical rigor meets operational execution in a hands-on, cross-functional environment. You will also contribute to improving quoting efficiency and margin performance across the customer lifecycle. The work directly influences revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and organizational scalability.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the development of sales operations frameworks that improve visibility, efficiency, and performance across the entire sales funnel. You will build reporting systems, refine processes, and partner across departments to ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, insights, and structure needed to succeed.

  • Develop and maintain standardized sales reporting, dashboards, and BI tools for leadership and sales teams.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators including win/loss ratios, margin performance, pricing trends, and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Define, document, and enforce structured sales cycle stages to improve consistency and forecasting accuracy.
  • Identify and eliminate funnel bottlenecks while improving lead qualification and quoting efficiency.
  • Build and maintain CRM documentation, ensuring process governance and data integrity.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Sales leadership to optimize incentive structures and revenue operations.
  • Support continuous process simplification to reduce administrative burden and increase sales productivity.
Requirements

This role requires strong experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or analytical consulting, along with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • At least 1+ year of CRM administration experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP; SQL is a plus).
  • Proven ability to diagnose performance issues using data and identify root causes of sales conversion changes.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and operational metrics frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.
  • Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience.
  • Full-time role with opportunities for professional growth in a fast-scaling organization.
  • Exposure to cross-functional strategic initiatives across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Opportunity to directly influence revenue performance and sales effectiveness.
  • Dynamic, collaborative work environment with strong ownership culture.
  • Flexibility for remote work and occasional travel requirements (<5%).
  • Participation in process improvement and systems transformation initiatives.
  • Opportunity to work with modern CRM and analytics tools in a data-driven organization.
