Sales Development Representative in Duluth, Georgia at Autoplex Atlanta

We are looking for an energetic professional for our sales development role who is ready to jump in and help our company grow. You'll need strong persuasion skills to convert potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who knows how to find prospects on social media and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in customer service or sales, is a great dealmaker, and enjoys talking to people on the phone and in person. Responsibilities:

• Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
• Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close
• Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
• Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations

• Documenting prospect interactions, updating contact details, and tracking outreach metrics in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Nurturing early-stage prospects and building a trustworthy, consultative rapport

Qualifications:

• Successful experience providing customer service preferred
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Details and meeting goals motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team
• Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
