Gerente de Relacionamento Especialista

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente de Relacionamento Especialista based in Brazil.

This role offers an opportunity to manage strategic client relationships within the Health & Benefits segment, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term partnerships. The professional will act as a key point of contact for clients, including international stakeholders, providing consultative support and coordinating internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. With a strong focus on customer experience, governance, and operational excellence, this position requires excellent communication skills, business understanding, and the ability to navigate complex client environments. The role combines relationship management, strategic coordination, and analytical capabilities in a collaborative and dynamic setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery, relationship quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global clients, leading meetings, strategic discussions, and technical communications in English.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure service plans, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Support renewal processes and ongoing account management activities, maintaining governance, organization, and information traceability.
  • Prepare, review, and present client materials, reports, and analyses using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Monitor account performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to initiatives that enhance client experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English proficiency, with strong oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with global clients and stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in Health & Benefits, including Health, Life, and Dental insurance solutions.
  • Proven experience managing client portfolios, relationship management, and consultative customer engagement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Proactive, client-oriented mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
