Position Overview
The Service Captain leads the execution of service, maintaining standards, supporting the team and helping shape the guest experience throughout each seating. The ideal candidate leads with confidence, remains highly aware of the room and brings consistency and sound judgment to every shift.

Pay
$7.50 per hour plus tips. Additional Captain pay is provided for shifts worked in the role.

Responsibilities
Model company service standards and reinforce consistency throughout each seating.
Maintain an active presence and respond thoughtfully to guest needs or concerns.
Monitor the pace and sequence of service and make adjustments when needed.
Keep chefs and front-of-house team members aligned on timing, allergies and special requests.
Provide real-time guidance and support during service.
Contribute to preparation, training and team feedback.
Ensure guest-facing areas and service stations remain ready and organized.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant, including experience leading or coordinating service.
Strong knowledge of service standards, pacing and sequence.
Ability to guide others clearly and constructively.
Decisive, observant and comfortable engaging with guests.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to anticipate service needs and remain composed throughout the shift.
Hands-on and team-focused leadership style.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
