Summary:
CPS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are looking for energetic, passionate and career – minded candidates to join our team.
Schedule:
Part-Time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with the potential to transition to a full-time position in the future).
Location:
Remote with occasional local travel
Rate:
$30–$40 per hour, based on years of relevant experience, education, and overall qualifications.
Requirements: Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle recruitment, working closely with our Site and Regional Managers
• Meet weekly with the Corporate Management team and Site Managers
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates; guide candidates toward both current and future opportunities within our organization
• Recommend and develop creative recruiting campaigns, sourcing ideas, and budget recommendations in partnership with the CPS Management team
• Develop, maintain, and manage all clinical job postings and provide monthly recruitment reports to leadership
• Proactively identify, network, and contact active and passive talent through various avenues, including online searches, job boards, social media, email blasts, cold calling, and advertising campaigns
• Manage all applicant resumes and candidate information
• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Assist with onboarding new hires by submitting hiring requests to the HR Manager
• Track and enter all candidates into the recruitment database
• Process background checks
• Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience preferred, with healthcare or correctional recruiting experience highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience using Paylocity and/or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including professional phone etiquette, interviewing skills, and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong customer service mindset, with exceptional follow-up and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to think outside the box, solve problems independently, and work effectively in a fully remote environment
• Ability to perform well under pressure, meet firm deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced, evolving, and growing organization
• Must provide their own laptop and cell phone
