  • Use organizational data, analytics, and business insights to diagnose workforce challenges, inform decisions, and demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovative approaches to HR practices, processes, and organizational development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, combined with 17+ years of progressive HR business partner experience.

  • Proven experience operating as a strategic HRBP and aligning culture, organizational development, and people strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and leaders across functions, with exceptional listening, influencing, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate high-growth and rapidly changing environments where accountability, urgency, flexibility, responsiveness, and change agility are valued.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced use of data and Excel to diagnose organizational issues and inform practical, evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment legislation, and leading HR practices.
  • Sound judgment, strategic thinking, discretion, and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in complex organizational situations.
