This is a senior customer-facing engineering role focused on translating complex technical requirements into practical manufacturing solutions.
You will provide technical guidance throughout both pre-sales and post-sales engagements, helping customers achieve their design, fabrication, and assembly objectives.
The role combines deep analog and mixed-signal engineering expertise with hands-on laboratory troubleshooting and customer collaboration.
You will evaluate customer requirements, identify technical risks, and recommend solutions aligned with product specifications and manufacturing capabilities.
Your field insights will also influence product roadmaps and help design teams address real-world customer needs.

Based remotely in the U.S., the role includes significant hands-on lab engagement depending on customer requirements and product development cycles.
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers by resolving questions related to manufacturing capabilities, including design, fabrication, and assembly.
- Deliver hands-on laboratory support at customer or internal facilities, potentially representing 10% to 60% of the role depending on customer needs and design cycles.
- Review customer technical requirements, identify potential issues or risks, and communicate recommendations and best-fit solutions.
- Apply analog and mixed-signal engineering expertise to troubleshoot complex product- and system-level technical challenges.
- Use laboratory equipment and testing environments to reproduce, characterize, and resolve customer issues involving products and complex circuit boards.
- Help define initial project and product scope and develop project plans aligned with customer expectations and technical requirements.
- Contribute field-based technical insights to the development of complex product roadmaps and collaborate with design teams to improve solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical seminars and presentations for customers and sales teams covering manufacturing capabilities, technologies, services, processes, and quality.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering, design, manufacturing, and sales stakeholders.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize technical documentation and other project-related materials.
- 5+ years of direct experience working with analog circuit design and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a closely related engineering discipline is highly preferred; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong technical competence in analog and mixed-signal design, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex product- and system-level issues.
- Hands-on laboratory experience testing, characterizing, and emulating customer issues involving electronic products and complex circuit boards.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to evaluate customer requirements, identify technical challenges, and develop practical solutions that balance customer specifications with manufacturing capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across customers, sales, engineering, design, and manufacturing teams.
- Comfortable preparing and delivering technical presentations, seminars, and product or process explanations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing project scope, plans, and technical documentation.
- Willingness and ability to provide hands-on support in laboratory environments based on customer and project needs.

- Salary: Base pay range of $125,900–$173,100 per year, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, market data, and internal equity.
