Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Outdoor Retail & Grounds Associate to join our team! If you love working outdoors, enjoy helping customers, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a local business!
Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist in selecting pottery and water features.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to complete purchases.
- Load, move, and arrange pottery and water features.
- Maintain the grounds and office, including repairs and landscaping.
- Deliver pottery and water features to customers.
- Assist in building water features and performing general handyman tasks.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable and committed to maintaining scheduling commitments.
