Documentation & Action Tracking

  • Maintain centralized action item tracking across concurrent STC programs and drive items to closure
  • Oversee documentation control and configuration management for certification deliverables
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of compliance documentation, including certification plans, compliance matrices, and project-specific deliverable registers
  • Ensure engineering documentation meets DAO quality standards and regulatory requirements before submission

Risk Management

  • Identify and track technical and programmatic risks; support mitigation and contingency planning
  • Escalate schedule or scope issues to DAO management in a timely manner
  • Support continuous improvement of DAO project management processes and tools
