Job Description
Description: The Production Associate I is responsible for producing finished products by following the appropriate procedures. This is a temporary position.
Responsibilities:
- Label containers according to company/regulatory policies
- Sorting and packaging of components
- Promptly and accurately process production jobs from start to completion
- Dispense liquids containing chemicals using good laboratory practices
- Complete all required documentation for proper traceability of a production lot
- Follow company, industry, state, federal safety standards
- Operate a variety of basic lab equipment
- Follow established company SOP and ISO 9001 Guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to lift 30 lbs
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Able to obtain respirator certification upon hire
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication skills a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in one of the biological or physical sciences
- At least 1-2 years of experience in production and manufacturing
- Experience working with an ERP system
