As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational data, developing reporting solutions, and providing actionable insights that support business operations and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and effective use of analytics across the organization.
- Develop analytical reports through data mining, data management, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Create and maintain internal and external reporting schedules while ensuring timely delivery of accurate information.
- Present reports and insights to internal teams, committees, and stakeholders in clear and accessible formats.
- Build data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Validate, reconcile, and improve data quality by identifying inconsistencies between different data sources.
- Ensure reporting processes are documented with appropriate data references to support transparency and repeatability.
- Analyze population, demographic, disability, and cultural data to generate meaningful recommendations.
- Support data and informatics initiatives by collaborating with technical and business teams.
- Monitor reporting requirements and help maintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Communicate analytical findings effectively and recommend improvements that can positively impact organizational outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. You should have experience working with data, analytical tools, and stakeholders across different areas while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- High school diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience in information technology, data analytics, statistics, business, sciences, healthcare, or related fields; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate degree in a relevant discipline with four years of related experience, or bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience.
- Experience conducting data analysis, reporting, data management, and interpretation of analytical results.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and experience creating dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to identify trends, evaluate information, and provide recommendations based on data findings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of data accuracy.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required.
- Must reside within the United States.
- Preferred certifications include CSPA, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Predictive Analytics Certificate, CAHIMS, ITIL v3, or equivalent credentials.
- Competitive salary range of $64,927 - $82,402 USD.
