This role is focused on leading end-to-end product journeys within a highly regulated and data-driven digital environment, with strong exposure to iGaming and financial-style products such as capitalisation solutions. You will be responsible for shaping user experiences across discovery, acquisition, engagement, and post-sale journeys, ensuring seamless and compliant product delivery. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, design, business, and external partners to align priorities and manage complex dependencies. You will drive product strategy through data insights, user research, and continuous discovery, balancing business goals with technical and regulatory constraints. Acting as a key decision-maker, you will influence roadmap direction, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure consistent delivery of high-impact features. This is a strategic senior role for a product leader who thrives in complex ecosystems and fast-evolving digital markets.
- Own and manage end-to-end product journeys, including discovery, acquisition, gamification, and post-sale experiences.
- Lead continuous product discovery processes, translating user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements into actionable solutions.
- Manage the full product delivery lifecycle, ensuring predictability, quality, and measurable business impact.
- Coordinate with internal squads and external partners, managing dependencies, timelines, scope, and priorities.
- Define and negotiate product priorities and trade-offs with stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics such as funnel conversion, retention, and engagement to guide decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to design system guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across user experiences.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned product journeys, ensuring clear and structured communication across teams.
- Continuously evolve the product based on data insights, user feedback, and regulatory or market changes.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in complex digital products with high scale and multiple integrations.
- Strong background in regulated environments, ideally including financial-like products or capitalisation models.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is required.
- Solid expertise in leading structured discovery processes and translating insights into product solutions.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and product strategy definition.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
- Ability to manage dependencies, negotiate priorities, and align stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
