Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage network and telecom audit engagements, ensuring accurate analysis of billing data, contracts, tariffs, and service inventories.
  • Review invoices, vendor agreements, and operational records to identify billing discrepancies, overcharges, and contract compliance issues.
  • Detect cost-saving opportunities, process inefficiencies, and control gaps through detailed audit and financial analysis.
  • Manage vendor dispute resolution processes from identification through resolution, including escalations, refunds, and issue tracking.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement remediation plans aligned with audit findings and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, executive summaries, and client presentations outlining findings, savings, and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and vendors to review audit progress and resolve complex billing and contractual issues.
  • Utilize audit tools, vendor portals, databases, and manual review techniques to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Partner with internal teams to support account management, service delivery, and ongoing audit execution.
  • Maintain documentation of audit processes, findings, and recommendations to support transparency and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience in audit, telecom expense management, billing analysis, contract compliance, managed services, or consulting roles.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex documents including vendor contracts, tariffs, invoices, circuit orders, and network service records.
  • Proven experience managing billing disputes, vendor escalations, and client-facing audit communications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to identify cost savings opportunities, compliance risks, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using vendor portals, reporting tools, and audit systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, audits, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or Fortune 500 clients is highly desirable.
  • Background in telecommunications billing, network services, or managed services environments is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in distributed or global team environments is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and expertise.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact audit engagements with enterprise-level clients.
  • Exposure to complex telecommunications and network infrastructure environments.
  • Collaborative global team culture with strong knowledge sharing and support.
  • Professional development opportunities and access to industry expertise.
  • Ability to directly contribute to measurable cost savings and financial recoveries for clients.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace environment that values different perspectives and experiences.
  • Opportunity to grow within a dynamic consulting and advisory organization.
