Revenue Operations Manager, GTM Technology & Deal Operations

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, GTM Technology & Deal Operations in United States.

This role sits at the center of go-to-market strategy, revenue systems, and deal execution, driving the technology and operational backbone of a scaling revenue organization. You will own and evolve the GTM tech stack, with Salesforce as the core system of record, ensuring seamless data flow, strong governance, and high adoption across sales and revenue teams. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical direction, particularly across CRM, CPQ, and integrated revenue tools. You will also oversee deal operations, shaping pricing governance, approval workflows, and commercial execution in partnership with sales and finance leadership. Acting as a key member of the GTM leadership team, you will manage a small but high-impact team while influencing cross-functional priorities and revenue strategy. This is a high-visibility role for an operator who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and commercial performance in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end GTM technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring Salesforce and connected systems support scalable, reliable, and high-performing revenue operations.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce and CPQ systems by directing technical teams and ensuring high-quality execution of configuration, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Manage and continuously improve the broader GTM tech stack, including revenue intelligence, data enrichment, and sales engagement tools, ensuring seamless system interoperability.
  • Oversee deal desk and deal operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and commercially sound pricing, discounting, and contract approval processes.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for revenue workflows, reporting standards, and lead-to-cash process optimization.
  • Lead RevOps sprint planning and execution, managing backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and GTM performance to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM systems, or sales operations with strong ownership of Salesforce environments.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, migrations, and system optimization initiatives at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Conga, or DealHub, including ability to guide technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of deal desk operations, pricing governance, contract workflows, and revenue execution processes.
  • Experience managing technical teams such as Salesforce Administrators or Developers, with ability to set direction and review technical output.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to design scalable reporting and operational frameworks.
  • Proven project management experience, including running structured sprints or agile-style delivery cycles.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical and commercial requirements across executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS, high-growth, or PE-backed environments is highly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior Revenue Operations leadership roles (OTE range: $115,000 – $135,000)
  • Remote-friendly and flexible working environment
  • Opportunity to own and shape enterprise-grade GTM systems and revenue operations strategy
  • High-impact leadership role within a fast-scaling SaaS organization
  • Exposure to advanced Salesforce, CPQ, and revenue intelligence ecosystems
  • Collaborative, cross-functional leadership environment with strong executive visibility
  • Inclusive workplace culture emphasizing innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement
  • Comprehensive employment package including standard healthcare and retirement benefits (where applicable)
