Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following

  • Manage and record inventory for New and Used vehicle with attention and accuracy for two stores.
  • Process Used Car purchases
  • Process Dealer Trade Paperwork
  • Floor Vehicles with manufacturer
  • Review and Maintain accounting schedules
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Familiarity Reynolds & Reynolds DMS System
  • Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Automotive experience is a MUST


Physical Demands

  • Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • The person in this position regularly communicates with supervisor to provide status updates. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs


Education/Training/Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
