The position partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams spanning product, growth, operations, compliance, and transformation.
You will help redesign processes, identify automation opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
The role combines consulting, program management, analytics, and executive communication in a highly collaborative environment.
You will have meaningful visibility into high-priority initiatives and opportunities for long-term business transformation.
This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact while developing your expertise in healthcare strategy and program delivery.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with program governance leaders to monitor high-priority initiatives, track progress and risks, communicate status, and identify longer-term opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document, redesign, and optimize end-to-end business processes, with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support program management activities by developing clear, structured content, tracking critical milestones, and helping ensure initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, communications, and PowerPoint materials that synthesize complex information and support effective strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of business cases, KPIs, SLAs, performance measures, and other frameworks used to evaluate and manage high-priority programs.
  • Work closely with Compliance and other functional partners to understand operational and regulatory issues, assess potential impacts, and recommend practical process or program changes.
  • Apply structured consulting and program management approaches to influence stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and drive execution from planning through implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process transformation and contribute to initiatives designed to improve customer outcomes, operational effectiveness, and enterprise performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials and 2–4+ years of full-time experience in consulting, corporate or business-unit strategy, program management, or project management.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with payer organizations, with broader managed care or healthcare services experience considered an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing large-scale projects or process improvement initiatives, ideally involving multiple stakeholders and complex business processes.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop polished executive-level presentations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust quickly with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Strong ownership, organization, and program management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and critical milestones.
  • A genuine commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • An MBA, MHA, MPH, and/or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Additional experience in managed care, healthcare services, or payer environments is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, depending on geographic location, skills, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
  • Bonus: Eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement: 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off: Paid time off, company holidays, and personal holidays.
  • Family support: Paid parental and caregiver leave.
  • Insurance: Short-term and long-term disability coverage and life insurance.
  • Work arrangement: Remote, nationwide position with a 40-hour workweek.
