  • Proven experience in negotiating transactions from initial sourcing through closing.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with sophisticated stakeholders.
  • Experience or familiarity with real estate closing processes and transaction structures.
  • Understanding of fundamental finance concepts, including internal rate of return (IRR) and net present value (NPV).
  • Background in or exposure to renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecommunications, land acquisition, mineral rights acquisition, or similar transaction-oriented industries is highly valued.
  • Strong pipeline management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and meet demanding origination targets.
  • A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine motivation to win while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment, balance competing priorities, and contribute positively to team culture.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, sound judgment, resilience, and the ability to influence outcomes through thoughtful negotiation.
  • A collaborative attitude, respect for colleagues, intellectual curiosity, and a good sense of humor.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, qualifications, and performance.
  • Opportunity to play a significant role in an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing investment environment.
  • High-impact position with substantial ownership of origination strategy and pipeline development.
  • Exposure to telecom, renewable energy, real estate, and infrastructure investment transactions.
  • Opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives and new product development.
