Hyperion Solutions is currently seeking a Janitor for our Elevator Equipment Corporation location, in Richmond, IN. Hyperion is constantly looking for talented, self-motivated, skilled team members to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position plays an integral part on the team by assisting in our goal to build high quality elevator components.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Clean the interior of the building, including floors, windows, and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like handles and tools as needed.
• Assist with maintaining outdoor grounds.
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Vacuum, Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean and maintain all restrooms.
• Notify supervisor when there is faulty equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events, such as banquets or meetings.
• Perform other related duties like building repairs as assigned.

Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Requires exercising good judgment.
• Requires attention to detail.
• Ability to safely use and lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for up to 8 hours per day.
