We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain, Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead the physical readiness of our business and ensure our teams have the right equipment, parts, and materials at the right time.
Position SummaryThis role will oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, purchasing coordination, job kitting, van stock, equipment tracking, and vendor management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, practical, and comfortable bringing structure to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.This is not a desk-only purchasing role. It is a hands-on operations leadership position that directly supports field execution, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, organization, cleanliness, and safety.
- Own inventory accuracy across equipment, parts, filters, fixtures, consumables, and service materials.
- Implement cycle counts, min/max levels, reorder points, and stock control procedures.
- Manage job kitting for residential installations, commercial service, hospitality deployments, and office water programs.
- Ensure technicians leave for jobs with complete and accurate materials.
- Coordinate purchasing, replenishment, vendor communication, backorders, RMAs, and warranty returns.
- Establish and audit van stock standards for technicians and installation teams.
- Track serialized equipment from receipt through installation, service, refurbishment, return, or disposal.
- Support refurbishment workflows and redeployment of equipment.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and field teams to improve visibility, reduce delays, and support national growth.

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, branch operations, or field service support.
- Experience in a service, installation, distribution, trades, plumbing, HVAC, beverage, filtration, facilities, or equipment-related environment.
- Strong understanding of receiving, stocking, cycle counting, kitting, purchasing, and parts control.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, inventory systems, ERP, CRM, or field service software.
- Ability to create simple, repeatable processes and hold others accountable.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting field technicians, service vans, or mobile workforces.
- Experience with serialized equipment, van stock programs, refurbishment, or warranty workflows.
- Background in water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, commercial equipment, beverage systems, or specialty trades.
