Warehouse Supervisor at ABCorp NA Inc. – Boston, Massachusetts

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including staff management, inventory control, and logistics, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in receiving, storing, and shipping goods, while also training teams and optimizing processes for productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management systems, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as No 2. To the WH Manager, supervise, train, motivate, and provide feedback to the warehouse team of five.

Coordinate all inbound/outbound logistics, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping.

Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and manage warehouse layout.

Enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

Identify and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinate with the client success team to ensure OTD of shipments to our customers.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to replenish stock as needed.

Investigate inventory issues such as overages, shortages, and misplacements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.

Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills:

Forklift certification

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Visual, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing or just-in-time inventory principles.
