The Fulfillment Intern will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with various teams to meet customer expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. You will ensure effective and efficient operation as it relates to all order fulfillment activities. This role will provide support for the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring all operations are consistent with our commitment to customer service while fostering an environment that is both employee-centric and customer-centric, with a focus on daily order processing in order to maximize productivity.

What You'll Do:
  • Order Processing: Manage orders for our Remote Health Solutions service, turning orders into packaged products. Verify order accuracy, confirm product availability, and coordinate order fulfillment activities to ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure adequate stock availability for customer orders. Coordinate with team to replenish stock as needed and minimize stockouts.

  • Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics, including selecting appropriate shipping methods, preparing shipping labels, and coordinating with shipping carriers. Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of orders to minimize shipping errors and damages.

  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Identify and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate teams for resolution.

  • Customer Communication: Communicate with internal and external customers regarding order status, shipment tracking information, and any issues or delays that may arise. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of order transactions, inventory levels, and shipping activities. Generate reports and documentation as needed to support operational activities and decision-making.

Key Experience We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management systems (OMS) or inventory management software.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
