Field Service & Fabrication Lead in Gunter, Texas at AMERITEX PIPE & PRODUCTS LLC

The team member holding this role is responsible for assisting our customers with their needs in the field and communicating to our plant leads for corrective actions of any issues. This position involves extensive interaction with our customer’s site managers and laborers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

• Routinely performs customer site visits and interacts with customers’ sites managers, project managers and support roles within the job site structure.
• Serves as a liaison between the customers’ site managers and our project managers to evaluate our products on the field and provide recommendations in reference to our products as required.
• Provides recommendations pertaining to the products on the customers’ site or if the products need repairs/fabrication or must be replaced.
• Leads the repairs/fabrication team and ensures the repairs and fabrications meet the company standards and requests from the customers.
• Recommends repairs to the project managers and maintains an open line of communication during the duration of the project.
• In partnership with the project managers, Communicates to our customers proper installation and testing procedures of our products.
• Trains the repairs /fabrication Team Members in completing the projects in accordance with the company standards and customers’ requests and specifications.
• Escalates any issues or potential issues as found on our projects.
• Completes reports necessary to provide feedback to our manufacturing teams.
• Any other duties considered necessary for the operations of the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing techniques.
• Customers service skills
• Ability to manage difficult situations and escalate as necessary
• Excellent mathematical skills

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving history required.

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
