Job Description
Serves as the primary front desk receptionist for the Human Resources Department, creating a welcoming and professional first impression for employees, applicants, visitors, and vendors. Greets and directs visitors, answers and routes incoming telephone calls, responds to general inquiries, and provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team by assisting employees, departments, and leadership with a variety of HR-related requests and processes. Exercises initiative, sound judgment, and professionalism while handling sensitive and confidential information. Maintains a high level of accuracy, organization, and discretion in all aspects of the position.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a front desk receptionist, administrative support, customer service, or Human Resources support role is preferred. Experience working in a professional office environment with frequent public interaction is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain strict confidentiality. Experience with PeopleSoft or other Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
