Machine Operator 2nd Shift (3:00 PM11:00 PM)
Pay: $20.00/hr
Location: Hendersonville, NC

What Youll Do:
Operate wire-drawing machines to produce wire with accurate size, smooth finish, and proper strength
Read and follow work instructions, set up machinery, and select the right materials for each job
Perform quality checks, spool and tag finished products, and prepare them for shipping
Use micrometers, small hand tools, and wire welders for fuse/butt welding
Safely operate hoists, pulleys, and guides to move materials
Enter production data into the system accurately
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
Be flexible for overtime when production is busy

What Were Looking For:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and mechanical know-how
Ability to read instructions and use measurement tools
