Pivotal Health offers RRTs and CRTs an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on sleep medicine experience and pursue additional sleep-related credentials while working alongside experienced sleep professionals.

• Conduct overnight polysomnographic sleep studies in accordance with AASM standards
• Prepare patients for testing and explain study procedures
• Apply electrodes and monitoring equipment and verify signal quality
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sleep diagnostic equipment
• Perform PAP mask fittings and titration studies as appropriate
• Monitor and document sleep-related physiological events
• Analyze and score sleep studies for physician interpretation
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care throughout the testing process

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography Program
• Current RPSGT credential and/or CRT/RRT license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Ability to work overnight schedules
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Required immunizations and health clearances

• Previous sleep laboratory experience
• PAP titration experience
• Knowledge of AASM standards and best practices
• Strong technical troubleshooting and documentation skills

Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Available employment types:

Typically scheduled 3-4 overnight shifts per week.

Starting at $40+/hour DOE

Compensation is based on credentials, experience, qualifications, and overall sleep medicine experience.
