Job Description
We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career with flexibility, professional development, and meaningful client interaction.
In this role, you will work virtually with individuals and families who are looking for information about available insurance and benefit options. You will help clients understand their choices, answer questions, and guide them through the application and enrollment process.
No previous insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help you develop the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.
What You’ll Be DoingConnect with clients through scheduled phone and video appointments
Learn about each client’s needs and priorities
Explain available insurance and benefit options in a clear, professional manner
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Answer questions and provide ongoing customer support
Complete follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate and organized client information
Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
Work toward individual and team performance goals

Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and be willing to obtain any required state or provincial insurance licensing.
Training and guidance are available to help qualified candidates understand and complete the licensing process.
