REGISTERED NURSE in MORRIS, Illinois at Morris Hospital

• DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

  • The Same Day Surgery Nurse, under the supervision of the Same Day Manager, is responsible for the nursing care of patients assigned to him/her, and to direct others in patient care, in the Same Day Surgery and Infusion Therapy settings.

• QUALIFICATIONS
  • Professional/Educational
    • Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
    • Current Illinois license with biennial renewal.
    • Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
    • Advanced Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
    • BSN preferred.
    • DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.

    • Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability and professional conduct.

    • Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
