This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Coordinator based in South Africa.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator supporting digital projects across website development and ongoing digital services.
You’ll help keep timelines, tasks, dependencies, and commitments organized so projects move forward smoothly and predictably.
Working closely with delivery leadership, developers, designers, QA, clients, and external partners, you’ll create visibility and ensure strong follow-through.
The role combines project coordination, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and light website administration.
You’ll play an important part in identifying blockers early, translating requirements into actionable tasks, and maintaining consistent delivery workflows.
This is an ideal environment for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership within a collaborative remote team.
- Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, priorities, and delivery commitments to help keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain accurate project boards using Asana, Kanban methodologies, or similar project management systems.
- Coordinate daily assignments, follow-ups, deliverables, and next steps across internal teams and external partners.
- Keep project statuses, ownership, priorities, dependencies, and action items current and clearly documented.
- Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies, and potential delivery risks early, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Coordinate communication between clients, delivery leadership, developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Translate client requests and project requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers and specialists.
- Assist with collecting client content, approvals, system access, and other information needed to complete projects.
- Handle straightforward WordPress or Shopify content and administrative updates when appropriate.
- Support quality assurance activities, SOP documentation, process improvements, and adherence to established workflows and standards.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a related role.
- Experience supporting digital projects, websites, software products, or agency environments is preferred.
- Strong experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or comparable project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and accountable approach, with strong ownership of deadlines, follow-through, and task completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable identifying blockers, missing information, dependencies, and potential risks before they affect delivery.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts is an advantage.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fully remote environment.
- Comfortable working approximately 40 hours per week during standard US Mountain Time business hours, with some flexibility.
- Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in South Africa.
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week aligned primarily with US Mountain Time working hours.
- Monthly salary of USD 1,800–2,200.
- 11 paid holidays annually.
