  • Strong commitment to safety and the expectation of maintaining a zero-incident mindset.
  • Strong customer-centric approach and alignment with organizational mission, values, and goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong time management, accountability, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving departmental objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to drive desired outcomes through collaboration.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking mindset combined with strong business and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build trust, develop talent, and lead teams through standardization and organizational change.

Benefits:

  • Leadership responsibilities focused on team development, process excellence, and operational improvement.
  • Opportunity to influence national standards and support the launch of new programs.
  • Temperature-controlled office environment with standard office equipment and technology.
  • Professional development through coaching, training, mentorship, and leadership-building initiatives.
