About This Opportunity
This is a foundational role supporting the growth of Samyang Canada, playing a key part in expanding our presence in the Canadian market. While this position is posted on the Samyang America careers page, the selected candidate will be employed by the Canadian entity and subject to applicable Canadian employment laws and benefits.
Location & Work Model
This position is based in our Toronto office with a hybrid work model.
Position Summary: We are looking for a Sales and Operations Analyst who will serve as the connective tissue for all Sales, Supply Chain, and Distribution initiatives and insights. This role enables the business to scale efficiently by coordinating internal processes, running numerical performance reports, gap reports, creating insight tools, managing administrative workflows, facilitating order submission and inventory management, and ensuring a smooth operational pathway is maintained with our RTM providers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of providing high-quality support in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment, supporting the Canada BU to maintain speed, clarity, and coordination as it expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Create analytical reporting processes and track key quantitative business metrics.
Identify performance gaps and clearly communicate opportunities to Sales and Operations teams.
Provide administrative and operational support across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Coordinate internal processes, reporting requirements, and documentation workflows.
Collaborate with Samyang America and Samyang Global HQ to ensure seamless inventory import fulfillment.
Support distributor order submissions, billing, onboarding, vendor coordination, internal communications, sales reporting, and meeting preparation.
Maintain retailer partner portals, including Vendor Portal, Retail Link, LDIA, and similar platforms.
Own and maintain GS1 profiles and product specification sheets.
Serve as the operational connector across the Canada BU, supporting smooth cross-functional alignment.
Assist leadership with task management, follow-ups, and organizational execution to help prevent bottlenecks.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience supporting multiple departments in insights, analytics, or operations roles.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs before they arise.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams.
Comfortable working in fast-growth, high-ambiguity environments where processes and priorities evolve quickly.
High sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP.

Fluency in Korean is a strong strategic advantage for coordinating with HQ.
