This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator (Junior) based in Latin America (LATAM).
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow across business development, sales, and project coordination.
You will support leadership and revenue teams while gaining hands-on exposure to client acquisition and business growth initiatives.
The role combines outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, and sales support with cross-functional project coordination.
You will interact directly with prospective clients and contribute to building a strong and organized sales pipeline.
The position also offers exposure to market research, competitor analysis, executive operations, and special projects.
Success in this role requires initiative, strong organization, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn quickly.
As a fully remote position, it offers the opportunity to develop valuable commercial skills while working with a distributed team.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels to identify new business opportunities.
- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads before passing relevant opportunities to the sales team.
- Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients and help maintain momentum throughout the early sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and client information within the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and support ongoing communication throughout the sales process.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related activities for leadership and internal teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to support special projects and broader business growth initiatives.
- Use AI-powered productivity tools to improve research, communication, organization, and day-to-day execution.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, marketing, or another customer-facing role.
- Must currently reside in Latin America (LATAM).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence communicating with prospective clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, prospecting, follow-ups, and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong learning agility and willingness to develop skills in business development, sales, and project coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve productivity and communication.
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Previous exposure to LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B environments is advantageous.
- An interest in technology, staffing, recruiting, or consulting is considered a plus.
