This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Innovation Account Executive based in United States.
This is a remote enterprise sales opportunity focused on bringing new products and solutions to market.
The role combines strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and full-cycle ownership of complex opportunities.
You will work closely with large, fast-growing enterprise customers to validate new sales motions, use cases, and ideal customer profiles.
The position requires strong collaboration across specialist sales, product, marketing, finance, legal, and solutions engineering teams.
You will build trusted relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders while driving multi-product adoption.
As an early-stage go-to-market leader for emerging offerings, you will help shape sales strategies and act as a voice of the customer.
The role offers significant autonomy, analytical problem-solving, and the opportunity to influence how innovative SaaS and API solutions reach the enterprise market.
- Acquire new customers for emerging product offerings across a broad portfolio of SaaS, communications, data, and API-based solutions.
- Own full-cycle sales processes, from outbound prospecting and discovery through solution development, negotiation, and close.
- Lead highly analytical and consultative sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop trusted relationships across enterprise accounts and engage stakeholders at business, technical, and executive levels.
- Build strategic C-suite relationships and position emerging solutions as long-term business and technology opportunities.
- Execute a total-account strategy designed to expand relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Work across industries and regions to understand customer business priorities, technical requirements, and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with specialist sales teams to bring relevant technical and industry expertise into complex customer engagements.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists, Value Engineering, and Enterprise Strategists to incubate new solutions and accelerate adoption.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Operations teams to develop commercially viable agreements that address customer requirements.
- Balance customer needs with business objectives when developing pricing, contractual, and commercial solutions.
- Manage multiple strategic deals and projects simultaneously while maintaining execution quality across shifting priorities.
- Partner with Specialist Sales, Services, Product, and GTM Strategy & Operations teams to develop long-term territory strategies and sales plans.
- Act as a customer advocate by communicating market feedback, needs, and opportunities to product teams.
- Develop subject-matter expertise across multiple product categories and use technical knowledge to guide complex, multi-product digital initiatives.
- Clearly communicate the value of an integrated go-to-market approach and how it can help enterprise customers simplify strategic technology relationships.
- Build and maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce and other relevant tools.
- Analyze account and sales data to identify opportunities, demonstrate value, and make multi-product selling a consistent part of customer engagements.
- Help validate and refine new sales processes, ideal customer profiles, use cases, and go-to-market approaches for emerging products.
- 12+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years managing or leading highly analytical products or solutions for customers.
- Direct experience selling technical SaaS, CPaaS, data platforms, or comparable technology solutions.
- Proven ability to move beyond transactional sales and develop strategic, long-term customer partnerships.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and total-account relationship strategies designed to generate profitable enterprise revenue.
- Strong track record in consultative technical solution selling and conducting deep discovery to translate complex customer challenges into integrated SaaS and API solutions.
- Experience engaging both business leaders and highly technical stakeholders, including the ability to communicate how integrated data and AI can create business value.
- Demonstrated ability to develop analytical account strategies using data to identify opportunities, quantify value, and guide sales decisions.
- Experience with multi-product selling and the ability to identify opportunities across multiple solution categories.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to define processes, build programs, and operate effectively in emerging or evolving environments.
- Strong ability to manage complex enterprise relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, sales cycles, and strategic projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, consultative, and commercial judgment.
- Demonstrated experience managing sales forecasts and financial models is preferred.
- Track record of delivering market-driven results, particularly with enterprise and scaled customers, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Comfort working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Operations, and Solutions Engineering.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% for customer and team engagements.
- Remote work within the United States.
- Base salary ranges vary by location:
- Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota, or Vermont: $132,192–$165,240.
- Washington, D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, or California outside the San Francisco Bay Area: $139,000–$174,420.
- New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $146,880–$183,600.
