Belt Power is seeking a skilled Fabrication Lead to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will combine hands-on fabrication expertise with leadership responsibilities, helping guide production activities, train team members, and ensure quality standards across fabrication and installation operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead advanced conveyor belt fabrication and assembly projects.

• Train, mentor, and support fabrication team members.

• Perform conveyor belt splicing, repairs, and custom fabrication work.

• Troubleshoot technical and production-related issues.

• Support inventory management, shop organization, and workflow efficiency.

• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer service.

• Assist with field installations and customer support as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, conveyor belting, industrial maintenance, or a related mechanical field.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

• Leadership experience or the ability to guide and train others.

• Ability to read measurements, diagrams, and work instructions accurately.

• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality work.
